Cassie Wang is a Cambridge-based multidisciplinary artist working in contemporary dance, design, and animation. She dances with VLA DANCE and KAIROS Dance Theater and was previously with Tristian Griffin Dance Company; her other performance and collaboration credits include the Boston Lyric Opera, Ilya Vidrin, Rachel Linsky, Shahar Binyamini, Jessi Stegall, and Dafi Altabeb. Her choreographic works have been presented by NACHMO Boston, Dunamis, and Resilience Dance Company, and she has been supported in her professional development through Dunamis’s Emerging Artist Fellowship (2022) and MIDDAY’s BIPOC Professional Dancer Mentorship Program (2023). This year, Cassie is a Dance Lab Resident at the Boston Center for the Arts.
