Hannah Franz is a dancer, choreographer and teaching artist originally from Long Island, NY. Franz holds a BFA in Dance from Adelphi University, where she performed the work of Paul Taylor, Lar Lubovitch, Richard Alston, Adelheid B. Strelick, Orion Duckstein and others. Before graduating in 2018, she studied abroad at London Contemporary Dance School and completed an internship with GALLIM. Professionally, she has worked with Douglas and Co., Ji Hee Lee, Dishman & Co., Jessi Stegall, Dara Capley, Ilya Vidrin, AMC Network, Theresa Jimmerson, and Chavi Bansal. Her choreography has been commissioned by Adelphi University, Beyond the Bounds, and Holy Trinity High School. Additionally, her work has been presented by The Craft NYC, and Urbanity Underground. Franz relocated to Boston in 2022 and joined Partnering Lab in fall of 2023 as a movement researcher.
